Returns & Exchanges

At Freebird Stores, we take pride in the unique craftsmanship of our handmade products and want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn boots or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once inspected at our warehouse.
